Looking For Some Epic, Adventurous Women

In February, I’ll be pushing myself out of my comfort zone to attend this Epic Women adventure and hike through these scenes.

Join me and Shelli Johnson for a physical adventure (& some pampering) at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa next month. This epic outdoor adventure is shaped specifically for women in their 40s & 50s. We’ll be pushing ourselves – hiking, talking, learning – and working together to become inspired and more courageous. Shelli will lead us to:

• Self reflection, discovery and awareness

• Take more chances and to be more courageous

• Identify the people and relationships that have a direct impact on our well being, what we achieve, and how we live

• Understanding self care isn’t selfish

• Choosing a better mindset

• Confronting our inner critic and the impostor syndrome
